The Tallahassee Jewish Women’s Circle is an ongoing monthly program designed for the contemporary Jewish woman. The Tallahassee Jewish Women’s Circle comprises women of diverse affiliations and backgrounds who join together to have a good time, participate in workshops and explore Jewish themes.

Join the Jewish Women’s Circle for an evening of wine and cheese, discover how they played a large part in the miraculous story of Chanukah. Enjoy a lovely Italian meal and take a penetrating look at the paradoxical role of women in the miracle of Chanukah!

We invite you to a creative and educational workshop about havdalah- the concluding service of Shabbat
Learn the symbolism and purpose of the service while gaining a deeper understanding of its meaning.
Afterward, express your creative side by designing your own unique Havdalah candle and spice box.
