The Jewish Women's circle 

The Tallahassee Jewish Women’s Circle is an ongoing monthly program designed for the contemporary Jewish woman. The Tallahassee Jewish Women’s Circle comprises women of diverse affiliations and backgrounds who join together to have a good time, participate in workshops and explore Jewish themes.

JWC Kick off  Event

Start the year by connecting with old friends & making new JWC friendships.
Learn and Discuss: “A woman’s prayer, a guide to touch the divine”
Create: Shanah Tovah greeting cards.

Join us for an educational and delicious meal in our Sukkah
Spend this fun filled evening under the stars, enjoying a variety of homemade soups and salads while learning the significance of this special festival.

Join the Jewish Women’s Circle for an evening of wine and cheese, discover how they played a large part in the miraculous story of Chanukah.  Enjoy a lovely Italian meal and take a penetrating look at the paradoxical role of women in the miracle of Chanukah!

We invite you to a creative and educational workshop about havdalah- the concluding service of Shabbat
Learn the symbolism and purpose of the service while gaining a deeper understanding of its meaning.
Afterward, express your creative side by designing your own unique Havdalah candle and spice box.

A meaningful discussion about tu b’shvat, the new year for the trees.
discuss this holiday significance while enjoying fresh fruits smoothies
learn from a certified palates instructor some exercise you can do at home to keep you in a good shape
